The research took place from June-October 2020 at the rice production centersin Tanjung Jabung Barat and Timur regency Jambi province. resistance test of Nilaparvata lugens to active ingredients insecticide was carried out Pesticide Weed Laboratory, Faculty Agriculture, University. This study aimed determine level N. Rawa Medang Sri Agung population (Batang Asam district, regency), Parit Culum II Teluk Dawan (Muara Sabak regency) insecticides used. tested were abamektin dimehipo (N. population), BPMC fipronil population). Mass rearing Weeds Laboratory using Ciherang variety as feed. Insecticide toxicity on macroptera female adults by feed dipping method with two stages, namely preliminary main tests. Preliminary field 2nd generation (F2), while (F2) standard (F41). observed variables mortality ratio (NR). Mortality data 72 hours after application analyzed probit PoloPlus program. results showed that has been resistant (NR=6.2) indicated be (NR=1.5), (NR=2.9) (NR=1.5). (NR=4.94) (NR=44.62), (NR=2.76)
